We start the process by sanding down the entire existing floor by using five grades of abrasive belts decreasing in coarseness. When we have completed this process and achieved a fine finish throughout, we then proceed to apply a chosen stain (if required), followed by 2 to 3 coats of top quality floor sealant to protect and endure the look of your wooden floor.
