a handsome new one. Very professional job and
we're very pleased with it (though can't wait for the new bit to fade and blend with the original floor
as you say, hopefully it won't take too long). We've been talking about it and feel that we should put off having the hall and other room done for a few months. Hadn't realised that we would need to stay off the new floors for some days after the work to avoid damaging the finish, and we have a number
of visitors due to come in May and June. We really
can't organise moving furniture from room to room, and leaving spaces empty overnight whilst so
much is happening. |
